We collect only the data you provide in the contact form, plus the minimal technical data required to run the site:

• Contact form: name, e-mail address, optionally company name and phone number, and the content of your message.
• Newsletter: e-mail address.
• Analytics data (after consent): cookie identifiers and site-usage events collected by Google Analytics 4 and LiveSession.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, recorded in infrastructure logs (Cloudflare) for security and spam protection.

We do not collect special-category data and we do not profile you in any way that produces legal effects.

We process data for the following purposes and on the following bases (GDPR, art. 6(1)):

• Responding to your enquiry and preparing a proposal, basis: steps taken before entering a contract and our legitimate interest (points b and f).
• Sending the newsletter, basis: your consent (point a), which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing with one click.
• Site security and maintenance (logs, abuse and spam protection), basis: our legitimate interest (point f).

seedlight.eu uses cookies: essential ones (including remembering your consent decision) and, only after you consent, analytics ones.

The analytics cookies come from Google Analytics 4 (traffic statistics, with IP anonymisation) and LiveSession (session analysis for UX, without recording what you type into fields). Until you click 'Accept' in the banner, we load no cookie-based analytics (GA4, LiveSession). You can change or withdraw consent at any time via the 'Cookie settings' link in the footer.

Regardless of consent, we use Ahrefs Web Analytics, a traffic-statistics tool that uses no cookies and stores no personal data. For that reason it needs no consent and runs from the start.

We rely on trusted providers who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements:

• Cloudflare, Inc., hosting and delivery of the site (CDN, security, spam protection).
• Resend, Inc., delivering form messages to us and sending the newsletter.

We may also disclose data to authorities entitled to it under applicable law.

Our providers (Cloudflare, Resend, Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the USA. This happens under mechanisms ensuring an adequate level of protection, primarily standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and, where applicable, the Data Privacy Framework.

• Form enquiries, for as long as needed to handle the matter, then until potential claims expire.
• Technical logs, for the period required for site security.

In connection with the processing of your data, you have the right to:

• access your data and receive a copy,
• rectify (correct) your data,
• have your data erased,
• restrict processing,
• data portability,
• object to processing based on legitimate interest.

To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk: an encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access to data and abuse filtering at the infrastructure level. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to handle your enquiry.
