Marketplace feed automation

We automate marketplace feeds end to end: one source catalog, per-channel formats and prices, validation against channel rules and errors fixed before the marketplace ever sees them. In our example build, 96% of listing errors were fixed automatically.

Feed Automation

Feeds are infrastructure, run them like infrastructure

When feeds are a plugin plus a person, every marketplace rule change is a small outage: offers rejected overnight, sales dipping before anyone notices, an afternoon lost to diffing error exports. The work is real engineering, mapping, validation, monitoring, done with amateur tooling.

Treating feeds as infrastructure changes the posture: schemas versioned per channel, validation running before publication, sync monitored with alerts, errors triaged into auto-fix versus review. Channels become boringly reliable, which is precisely what lets you add more of them.

How we do it

01

Channel schema mapping

Your catalog mapped to each channel’s categories, attributes and content rules, versioned, not tribal knowledge.

02

Validation and auto-fix

Rules enforced before publication; deterministic violations fixed automatically, the rest queued with reasons.

03

Monitoring hand-off

Dashboards and alerts for sync health; your team or ours watches them inside Maintenance & Growth.

When it makes sense

01

Feeds are maintained by hand or a brittle plugin

02

Listing errors and blocks appear after publication, not before

03

Every new channel means starting the feed work over

FAQ

Marketplace feed automation

Can the engine handle channel-specific pricing?

Yes, per-channel price rules (margins, promotions, currency) are part of the mapping, so each marketplace gets correct prices from one source.

How fast are stock updates pushed?

On schedules tuned per channel, tight enough to prevent overselling, with safety buffers you control per marketplace.

Which channels do you support?

Kaufland, Amazon and Allegro in production today; the engine is mapping-driven, so adding another channel is configuration, not a rebuild.

What does auto-fix actually fix?

Deterministic rule violations: lengths, banned phrases, missing mapped attributes, format issues. Anything ambiguous goes to a short review queue with the reason attached.

Can this work with our existing store?

Yes, the feed engine integrates with your current platform via API or export. A full migration is not a requirement.
