Blueprint
Plan the platform before building the platform
Before anyone writes code, we turn uncertainty into a plan you can actually build from. Blueprint is a short, fixed-fee engagement, not a 100 page audit and not consulting for its own sake.
Why we never skip Blueprint
Most failed eCommerce projects fail in the plan, not the code: unclear scope, hidden integrations, product data no one owned, an MVP that quietly became everything. Blueprint exists to surface those before they cost money. We map the current platform, product data, sales channels, integrations, order flow, margin logic and the manual work your team does today, then decide together what actually belongs in the first build.
The output is a buildable plan with a fixed quote for the Engineering stage: what to build first, what to leave alone, what to automate or integrate, and what to price later as a separate Feature Sprint. It is yours to keep. If you decide to build with someone else, or not yet, you still walk away with a clear plan instead of a sales pitch.
Blueprint turns uncertainty into a buildable plan. You keep the plan whatever you decide next.

FAQ
Questions about this stage
How long does Blueprint take?
Usually one to two weeks depending on how many systems and channels are in play. It is deliberately short: enough to plan properly, not so long that it becomes consulting for its own sake.
Do I have to build with you after Blueprint?
No. The plan is yours to keep. Many clients go straight into Engineering with us, but you are free to use the plan however you want.
What do I get at the end?
A buildable delivery plan: what goes into the MVP, what stays as it is, what gets automated or integrated, and a fixed quote for the build. No vague estimates.
