Terms of service

The website at seedlight.eu (the "Site") is operated by Amazonway, registered at Galeria Grafitt, ul. Boh. Westerplatte 24, 65-034 Zielona Góra, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 9291689990, REGON 387185330 (the "Provider"). Seedlight is a technology brand of the Provider.

These terms define the types and scope of services provided electronically, the conditions for providing them and the rules for using the Site. By using the Site, you accept these terms.

• Site means the website at seedlight.eu.
• Provider means the entity operating the Site, named in section 1.
• User means anyone using the Site.
• Electronic service means a service provided by the Provider to the User through the Site.

The Provider offers the following services electronically, free of charge:

• Browsing the content of the Site (service information, the BEAM framework, the Journal, example builds).
• Contact form and the "Plan your Blueprint" wizard: sending an enquiry and contact details to get in touch.
• Newsletter: e-mail messages after subscribing and giving consent.

Using the Site is free of charge. To use it you need: a device with internet access, an up-to-date browser with JavaScript enabled and, for services requiring contact, an active e-mail address.

The agreement to browse content is concluded for a definite period and ends when you leave the Site. The agreement relating to the form or wizard is concluded for the time needed to perform it. The newsletter agreement is concluded for an indefinite period and you can terminate it at any time by unsubscribing.

Information about services, prices and builds presented on the Site is commercial information and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. It is an invitation to contact and negotiate.

Specific services (building, migrating, growing a platform, automations) are delivered under separate, individually agreed contracts, whose terms, scope and fee we set with the client after analysis (the Blueprint).

The User agrees to use the Site in accordance with the law and good practice. Providing unlawful content, including through the contact form and wizard, is prohibited.

Using the Site in a way that disrupts its operation is prohibited, including sending spam, attempts at unauthorised access and malicious activity. The Provider may apply technical measures protecting the Site against abuse.

The Site content (text, graphics, layout, code) and the "Seedlight" and "Amazonway" trademarks are legally protected and belong to the Provider or are used under appropriate rights. Using them without the Provider's consent, beyond permitted use, is prohibited.

You can submit complaints about the electronic services provided on the Site by e-mail to [email protected]. Please include a description of the problem and your contact details.

We will handle the complaint within 14 days of receiving it and send our response to the e-mail address provided.

How personal data is processed on the Site is described in the Privacy policy, which supplements these terms.

Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law. The Provider may amend these terms for valid reasons (for example a change in regulations or the scope of services); the current version is always available at this address, with the date of the last change at the top.
