Marketplace platforms, built to scale

We build marketplace platforms, from multi-vendor cores and MVPs to expansion onto marketplace channels: vendor onboarding, commissions, split payments and product feeds for Amazon, Kaufland and Allegro, with content localized per channel.

How it goes

From kickoff to a working platform

Channel Blueprint

We pick the channels that fit your catalog and margins, or design the multi-vendor architecture if you are building your own marketplace.

Catalog & feeds

One source catalog, automated feeds per channel, validation that catches listing errors before the marketplace does.

Vendor & channel panel

For your own marketplace: sellers, commissions and payouts. For channel expansion: offers, prices and stock managed per marketplace.

Launch & scale

First channels go live, listing quality is monitored, and new markets are added from the same catalog, not rebuilt.

When it makes sense

You want to run a marketplace

Third-party vendors should sell on your platform, with their own panels, payouts and rules.

Feeds keep breaking

You already sell on marketplaces, but channel feeds throw errors and eat your team’s time.

Expansion stalls on data

Entering a new channel gets stuck on product data, attributes and localization.

In practice

A samples marketplace: one search, one box, next morning

The example build below: a multi-vendor samples marketplace for architects, 24 brands, 18,000 products, next-day delivery in one box.

FAQ

Marketplace platforms, built to scale

What is the difference between a marketplace and a normal store?

A marketplace lets multiple independent vendors sell, so it needs vendor onboarding, commissions, split payments and per-vendor fulfilment on top of a normal store.

Can you connect us to Amazon and Kaufland?

Yes. We build the technical layer: feeds, listing validation and content localization per channel. For hands-on channel management we work with our sister company Amazonway.

How do vendor payouts and commissions work?

Through split payments: each order is divided between the marketplace and the vendor by your commission rules, with payouts tracked in the platform.

How long to launch a marketplace MVP?

The Blueprint defines an MVP scope and a fixed launch date. We launch a strong core first and add channels and vendor features as Feature Sprints.

Do you build our own marketplace or integrate with existing ones?

Both. A multi-vendor platform where you host sellers, or expansion of your catalog onto Kaufland, Amazon and Allegro, the Blueprint tells you which order makes business sense.

How do you keep listing quality up across channels?

Feeds are validated before publication, errors are analysed and auto-fixed where possible, and each channel has its own content and price rules from one source catalog.
